While December 2019 home sales increased by a whopping 13.5%, the median sales price also skyrocketed 11.1% from December 2018 to be $266,000.00. Having 54 days as average time on market, which is only down 1 day from December 2018.
The total number of homes for sale increased by 14.5% from December 2018, in accordance with the December RE/MAX National Housing Report that analyzes housing data in 54* metro areas.
