Bimini Bay – Apollo Beach

Bimini Bay is a gated waterfront community of single-family Key West style homes in Apollo Beach, Florida. Many of the homes offer gorgeous water views, and over half are located on canals which lead directly to Tampa Bay. Living here will make you feel like you’re on a permanent tropical vacation!

The neighborhood is just minutes from I-75, providing easy access to all of the Tampa Bay area.

The neighborhood has a community pool and upscale clubhouse, and its colorful homes sit on peaceful, winding streets that end in cul-de-sacs. Many feature private docks or pools.

Nearby schools include Apollo Beach Elementary, Eisenhower Middle, and East Bay High School, as well as other public and private schools.

19 golf courses are within an easy 10-mile drive, including the Apollo Beach Golf Club, which is only about 1.5 miles away. It offers Gulf breezes and 18 challenging holes to enjoy year round. It also provides professional lessons, a pro shop, driving range, and snack bar.

Doctors’ offices, pharmacies, and groceries are available just a few minutes away, as are parks and St. Joseph’s Hospital South- the newly opened Baycare hospital in Riverview.

Apollo Beach Racquet & Fitness Club is within walking distance and offers tennis leagues, lessons, and events on five clay courts. It also has a state-of-the-art fitness center with personal trainers and a variety of group classes as well as a junior Olympic-size swimming pool with lots of training and activities available for kids and adults. There’s even a casual upscale restaurant onsite offering lunch, dinner, and cocktails.

All of the homes in the neighborhood feature metal roofs, brick paver driveways, and lush tropical landscaping. Natural gas is available throughout. HOA fees are reasonable, and there are no CDD fees. Previously built homes are available, as well as vacant lots if you’d like to build your new dream home.
