How ICI Homes did the remarkable!
We have a longtime client who was looking for a home with all bedrooms upstairs as their children are still small and we were running into such a difficulty in finding a home with the master bedroom upstairs. They were looking for a 3500 plus square foot home, so you would think it would be pretty easy to find. Well we have to add that they were looking in FishHawk Ranch subdivision in Lithia Florida only.
We had rejected so many homes because when we looked at the master bedroom location it was first floor and that just wasn’t going to work for them. So our client called and said that he had spoken with ICI Homes and they were willing to customize one of their floor plans to suite his needs and that they had picked out their lot and wanted us to go down and walk the property with them before signing the paperwork.
So we met at our office early on Sunday morning and headed down to ICI Homes. When we got there we drove through the small community of Westlake. We pulled up to the model home and we walked over to the lot that they had picked out and we were pleasantly surprised. The lot was very impressive and reasonably priced. Then we walked into the model home to meet the ICI Homes sales representative and she was there several hours before the regular hours for Sunday that they are open.
She allowed us to walk through the model and our clients were explaining the changes that they had made with their floor plan. All we were thinking is oh gosh this is going to be very costly and they are going to the most expensive home in the neighborhood. Which is never a good thing. Again we were pleasantly surprised when we learned what the price was for all the things that they had decided that they would change and how easily it was to accomplish and design the home of their dreams with ICI Homes.
This builder is currently building in Grand Hampton & Fishhawk, we were told that there are plans for a few more communities in the Pasco County area coming this year. We have requested that they keep us informed so we can share with you, possibly before it is released to the public.
