Here are my top five places that I love to eat at here in Tampa. Now, mind you I am no major food blogger or anything, I am just a Realtor who likes to eat. So, here are some of my favorite places, around Tampa, to eat at.
5 Food Establishments In Tampa You’ll Love
Ciccio California Cuisine
Located in New Tampa this fresh food eatery is fun, friendly, and delicious. They make amazing bowls with options for brown, white, or yellow rice, spaghetti squash, or kale as a base. Then, they top your base with one of their amazing assortments of food, of your choice. It’s a low key place to enjoy brunch, lunch, or dinner.
Koizi
This place is just plain awesome. It is also located in New Tampa in the same plaza as Ciccio Cali. This is my go to place for a weekday lunch, because of their amazing lunch deal. Its $10 for all you can eat Sushi and Hibachi until 3pm. I know you may think…yeah and then you get sick (normally people’s reaction when I suggest the place). I can assure you I have consumed my weight in food there, and I have never been disappointed.
Daily Eats
This is a very popular brunch place in Tampa, so get there early. But man can that place cook an amazing breakfast. If you go you have to get the Captain Crunch French Toast. It is pure heaven. I have yet to try lunch here, but I have heard nothing but good things. This place is off of S Howard in downtown Tampa, and it is defiantly worth the trip!
Portillo’s
Located in Brandon just off of SR 60 is semi-fast food restaurant has great food and a very inviting atmosphere. Their Chicago themed dining area really makes you feel like you stepped out of the blistering Florida heat, and into the great lively city itself. I could sit in there for hours and just enjoy 1930’s prohibition theme. Not to mention all the amazing Chicago style food they have. If you go, don’t just go through their drive through, you have to go inside!
Taco’s Gone Mobile
This place has the best and most authentic tacos I have tasted here in Tampa. I have been searching for two years for a place that has real authentic tacos, and I finally found it. This place is located off of Fletcher Ave just down the street from the university. It is a taco food truck sells tacos, burritos, and so much more. Dinner or lunch it doesn’t matter just go, you will not be sorry.
