Plantation Palms is a lovely golf course community located in Land O’ Lakes, FL.  Land O’ Lakes is a beautiful suburb of Tampa, nestled among more than 100 lakes.  It’s conveniently located to downtown Tampa and the surrounding attractions.

The area offers a wealth of dining and shopping options and is in close proximity to two area malls – the open-air Wiregrass Mall in Wesley Chapel and the newly opened Tampa Premium Outlets, also in Wesley Chapel.  There are a plethora of restaurants options including Cheddar’s, Longhorn’s Steakhouse, Pollo Tropical, the newly opened Ford’s Garage and BJ’s Brewhouse, just to name a few.  A brand new Costco has just opened in the area with Aldi coming soon!

The community was established in the early 2000’s and has approximately 930 homes, 480 of which are sought after golf course lots.

The championship golf course has been renovated as of November 2016 as well as the newly opened 18-hole lighted miniature golf course – fun for the whole family!  The clubhouse also houses Mulligan’s Irish Pub, a full-service restaurant offering daily specials and entertainment, 7 flat-screen TV’s, a full bar and a 1200sf veranda overlooking the golf course.

The area is home to many A rated schools including Pine View Elementary, Charles S. Rushe Middle School and Sunlake High.
