November 2019 Housing Report

The November 2019 housing report uses the numbers for October 2019. While November 2019 home sales decreased slightly, down 1%, the median sales price surged 7.9% from November 2018 to be $257,000.00. Having 49 days as average time on market, which is actually down 2 days from November 2018.

The total number of homes for sale decreased by 13.3% from November 2018, in accordance with the November RE/MAX National Housing Report that analyzes housing data in 54* metro areas.
