Lexington Oaks is a deed restricted golf course community located just 20 minutes north of Tampa.  It offers easy access to I-275 and downtown Tampa.

Wesley Chapel is known for its excellent, A rated schools including Veterans Elementary, Thomas E. Weightman Middle and Wesley Chapel High.
