The Eagles is a large golf course subdivision located in Odessa, FL. Odessa is a suburb of Tampa Bay, with easy access to I-75, Tampa International Airport and some of Florida’s best beaches.
Odessa is one of the fastest growing sectors in the Tampa Bay area. Right outside the community there are many dining and shopping offerings including BJ’s Brewhouse, Red Robin, Smokey Bones and Olive Garden just to name a few. The community offers many amenities including the Eagles Community Park, which is located across from the Eagles Clubhouse. The park has a basketball court, tennis courts, a covered playground and a pavilion with bathrooms that can be reserved for private functions. Homeowners can enjoy the abundant conservation, ponds, lakes and wildlife including deer, eagles and turtles.
The Eagles houses two distinctly different 18 hole golf courses. The clubhouse offers a full service bar and restaurant and various events for its members, from social gatherings, happy hours and summer camps for children. There are several membership levels to fit everyone’s needs.
The community also offers easy access to top rated schools - Bryant Elementary, Farnell Middle and Sickles High.
Currently there are approximately 1175 homes with another 75 anticipated to be built before construction in the community is complete. The community was built in the 1990’s and prices range from the 200’s for townhomes to over a million for your luxury golf course homes.
