Tampa Palms is a beautiful master planned golf course community just north of downtown Tampa. It is convenient to I-75 and I-4, located off of Bruce B. Downs Boulevard.
Housed in what is considered the New Tampa area, it offers no shortage of shopping and dining options. Close by there are several chain restaurants such as Chili’s, TGI Fridays, Ruby Tuesdays and the newly opened Senor T’s. Looking for more upscale fare? Stonewood Grill is just a mere minutes’ drive away. Starlight Muvico, which houses 20 movie screens, is also very close. The area is fortunate to be close to both Florida Hospital Tampa and the newly opened and expanding Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel. New Tampa is also home to several A rated, award winning schools including Tampa Palms Elementary, Liberty Middle and Freedom High.
