Tampa Palms is a beautiful master planned golf course community just north of downtown Tampa. It is convenient to I-75 and I-4, located off of Bruce B. Downs Boulevard.
Housed in what is considered the New Tampa area, it offers no shortage of shopping and dining options. Close by there are several chain restaurants such as Chili’s, TGI Fridays, Ruby Tuesdays and the newly opened Senor T’s. Looking for more upscale fare? Stonewood Grill is just a mere minutes’ drive away. Starlight Muvico, which houses 20 movie screens, is also very close. If you are looking for great places to shop the open air Wiregrass Mall and the newly opened Tampa Premium Outlets are both just a 10 minute drive north.
Tampa Palms boasts a 18 hole championship golf course and beautiful, newly renovated clubhouse with Elements Restaurant with nightly specials and a lovely Sunday brunch. The club offers many activities for its members. There is also a junior Olympic sized swimming pool, 11 tennis courts, a full-service spa and a 25 room, luxurious guest suite hotel.
The community includes 28 separate villages, offering apartments, townhomes, single family homes and luxury estate homes. Sprinkled throughout the community are several parks and children’s play areas. Tampa Palms prides itself on its lush landscaping.
The area is fortunate to be close to both Florida Hospital Tampa and the newly opened and expanding Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel. New Tampa is also home to several A rated, award winning schools including Tampa Palms Elementary, Liberty Middle and Freedom High.
