Summerfield Community is located in Riverview Florida
Some local information about Riverview which is an unincorporated census-designated place in Hillsborough County, Florida, United States. It is located near Brandon. The population was 71,050 at the 2010 census.[1]
Many of Tampa Bay's radio and television stations broadcast from an antenna farm in the Riverview area, on Boyette Road, southeast of town. Riverview is home to Bell Riverglen Nature Preserve.[2]
As of 2010, there were 27,513 households out of which 11.0% were vacant. As of 2000, 38.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 61.1% were married couples living together, 12.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.3% were non-families. 17.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 5.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.68 and the average family size was 3.02.
