Saddlebrook is an award winning, world renowned golf and tennis resort in Wesley Chapel, FL.  It is located just a short drive north of downtown Tampa, with easy access to I-275, I-75 and I-4.

This legendary resort has long been a highly desired meeting and vacation destination.  This community truly epitomizes the Florida resort lifestyle.  It is situated on 480 acres filled with lush landscaping and surrounded by lagoons and cypress trees.  Bring your golf cart as this community was designed to be a walking/cart village!  Saddlebrook offers two championship Arnold Palmer signature golf courses and 45 tennis courts.  The resort also has 3 swimming pools, a 6,000sf fitness center, 2 volleyball courts, and a regulation sized basketball court.  The European inspired Saddlebrook Spa offers a full menu of treatments and massages.

In addition to all of the activities offered the resort houses the award winning Dempsey’s Steakhouse as well as Tropics Restaurant and TD’s Sports Bar.

Outside the community right nearby are several shopping and dining options including Chili’s, Applebee’s, City Grille and Sonny’s Barbecue.  A mere 5 minute drive will take you to a shopping center that houses a Publix.  A short 10 minute drive South and you have the open air Wiregrass Mall and the newly opened Tampa Premium Outlets.

Saddlebrook also is home to Saddlebrook Preparatory School, a fully accredited private tennis and golf boarding school, which combines academic instruction with world class athletic training right inside the security of the gated community.  Nearby are also several excellent public schools including Wesley Chapel Elementary, Thomas E. Weightman Middle and Wesley Chapel High.

It was built in the 1970’s and offers condos, villas and single family homes.  Home prices range $40,000’s for fully furnished rental condos to well over a million dollars for your golf course estates.
