Meadow Pointe is located in Wesley Chapel, FL, one of the fastest growing cities in the U.S. It is conveniently located off of I-275 and State Road 56. It is a short commute to downtown Tampa.
The Wesley Chapel area offers no shortage of things to do, from the open air Wiregrass Mall to the newly opened Tampa Premium Outlets. Construction has already begun on a state of the art Hockey/Skating complex just minutes away.
The area also offers an abundance of dining options, including several chain restaurants like PDQ, Panera Bread, Buffalo Wild Wings and Wing House. More upscale offerings include Primebar and Pinchers Crab Shack.
Meadow Point is a great master planned community, offering many amenities for the whole family. Residents can enjoy summer days at one of the communities several swimming pools, or enjoy fitness classes/activities in the community clubhouses. Meadow Pointe also has several tennis, volleyball and basketball courts. Right in the community is a strip mall that houses an ice cream parlor, café, pediatrician and CVS pharmacy for your convenience.
The area also offers several A rated schools including Double Branch and Sand Pine Elementary, John Long Middle and Wiregrass Ranch High, all located right in the neighborhood. A satellite campus of Pasco-Hernando Community College is within the community as well.
Meadow Point was built in the 1990’s but construction still continues in the community, with homes ranging from the $100,000’s to over $400,000. Meadow Point offers low HOA fees, with some areas having no HOA. The CDD fee is also very reasonable.
