Crescent Lake is a community of condominiums and single-family homes located in St. Petersburg, Florida. The neighborhood offers easy access to downtown St. Pete, Tampa, and I-275. It’s just about a mile north of St. Pete’s business district, and is convenient to many of the area’s attractions.

The neighborhood surrounds Crescent Lake Park, which is a 56-acre lakeside park with a wilderness area, playground, and dog park. The park also has a regulation-size baseball field and four tennis courts available, as well as picnic shelters. The park is site for the TASCO (teen arts, sports, and cultural opportunities) program, which offers numerous sports programs, computer classes, volunteer opportunities and more for teens in grades 6-12.

Nearby schools include Woodlawn Elementary, John Hopkins Middle, and St. Petersburg High School. Numerous after school programs are within close proximity, including gymnastics, swimming, martial arts, and tutoring programs.

Sunken Gardens is within walking distance. Its beautiful botanical gardens, cascading waterfalls, and more than 50,000 tropical plants and flowers have fascinated St. Petersburg visitors for over 100 years. Next door to Sunken Gardens, Great Explorations Children’s Museum is a 24,000 square foot museum that’s packed full of exhibits and stimulating activities designed for kids 10 and under.

Restaurants are plentiful in the area. Dozens of quaint, casual eateries like Three Birds Tavern and Fourth Street Shrimp Store are close at hand, as are the usual Carrabba’s and Outback-type chain restaurants.

Homes in the area come in a range of sizes and styles, ranging from two to five bedrooms, with one to three baths or more. Recent home prices range from the mid $200,000’s to nearly $1 million.
