Connerton Community

Connerton is located in Land O’Lakes, FL, and is a suburb of the Tampa area. Located within Pasco County, it’s just north of the downtown Tampa and offers easy access to major highways.

This community is unparalleled when it comes to things to do.  The Connerton lifestyle centers on social interaction.  Tree filled parks and a 3,000 acre preserve provide an unspoiled setting of trails inviting you to enjoy wildlife and the tranquility it offers.  Club Connerton, located in the center of the community is their sports and recreation center.  There you will enjoy Fit & Flourish fitness center, the Kidz Zone club for children, the ConnerTown Café, multipurpose rooms and the resort-style super pool, water park, wading pool, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, and an outdoor amphitheater.

There’s no shortage of shopping and dining options.  The community houses its own shopping center which includes a Publix and several restaurants.  A short drive away is the open air Wiregrass Mall and the newly opened Tampa Premium Outlets.  The Grove 54, also close, has major retailers and a movie complex with its own restaurant and full bar.

Several excellent schools in the area include Connerton Elementary, which is right in the community, to Pine View Middle and Land O’Lakes High.  Land O’Lakes HS is only 1 of 50 high schools in the area to offer the prestigious and challenging IB (International Baccalaureate) program.
