Cheval is a private, gated community that’s home to two of the finest golf courses in the Tampa Bay area- the Tournament Players Club and the Cheval Golf and Country Club. It also offers everything you’d expect from a five-star community: fine dining, tennis facilities, swimming, a luxurious clubhouse, and 24-hour security. There’s also an equestrian center and a staffed fitness center.
Cheval is located in Lutz, which is just a short drive from all that Tampa Bay has to offer, including the Gulf beaches, sports venues, entertainment, and business facilities.
Besides world-class golf, the Cheval Athletic Club offers tennis, fitness facilities, aquatics, a triathlon club, and youth programs. It also offers martial arts classes, after school activities, dance classes, personal training, and social activities.
The Cheval Equestrian Center provides horse lovers everything they need to pursue their passion, including training, boarding, and sales. There are also kids’ camps and numerous activities for horse lovers of all ages. The Center is home to the USF Equestrian Team.
Schools in the area include McKitrick Elementary, Martinez Middle, and Steinbrenner High School. There are also a number of private schools, preschools, and daycare facilities in the area.
Shoppers will be pleased to know that Westfield Citrus Park Mall is only about 10 minutes away. The Tampa Premium Outlets mall is only about 15 minutes away. It’s also just a quick drive to numerous grocery stores, pharmacies, and department stores.
Nearby restaurants are plentiful- from fast food to fine dining, there are a multitude of choices less than five minutes away.
Medical care is close by, too- numerous doctors’ offices are close, and St. Joseph’s Hospital North is less than five minutes away.
