Champions Club Community

Champions Club is an upscale, gated community made up of seven distinctive neighborhoods nestled around the lush green fairways, sparkling lakes, and tall pines of the semi-private Fox Hollow Golf Club. It’s all located within the master-planned Tampa Bay community of Trinity, Florida.

While it’s far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle of city life, the community is still convenient to the Gulf beaches, business centers, and stellar shopping as well as theaters and other entertainment venues that make the Tampa Bay area so unique.

Top-rated schools, fine dining, and excellent medical care are all just a few minutes away. Schools in the area include Trinity Elementary, Seven Springs Middle, and James W. Mitchell High School.

The Robert Trent Jones, Sr.-designed golf course is the crown jewel of the community and is ranked as one of the area’s top courses. Numerous PGA qualifying events have been held here. The Club features a practice facility with driving range, chipping green, and an 18-hole putting green.

There’s much more to the community than just great golf, however. It also offers an elegant clubhouse, resort-style pool and spa, two lighted tennis courts, a workout room and spa treatment area, locker rooms, a catering kitchen, and a private concierge. Onsite staff includes a personal trainer and massage therapist, as well as golf and tennis professionals.

Do you like to escape to the great outdoors? Great! The 8,000-acre Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Park is just a few minutes away and offers opportunities for biking, roller skating, bird watching, camping, fishing, picnicking, and horseback riding.

Home styles in the Champions Club community include townhouses, single-family residences, and luxurious estate homes built on oversize lots. There’s still time to have your dream home built here, but don’t wait too long… only a few new home sites remain. New home prices range from the $500,000’s to well over $3 million.
