Nearby schools include Cimino Elementary, Burns Middle, and Bloomingdale High School- as well as multiple preschools, private schools, and day care facilities.

Homes in the neighborhood range in size from about 2,300 square feet to nearly 5,000 square feet. Recent sale prices have ranged from the mid $200,000’s to well over $400,000.
