Another nearby attraction is the Manatee Viewing Center at TECO's Big Bend plant. When the weather turns a little cool, these gentle giants come in droves to bask in the power plant's warm waters. There's a large viewing area where you can get a close-up look. There's also a snack bar and plenty of tables if you'd like to bring a picnic. Best of all, it's free.

Apollo Beach is part of the growing Southshore area of Tampa Bay; new restaurants, shopping, and attractions continue to contribute to the area's growth. The new 1,000,000+ square foot Amazon Fulfillment Center is just 10 minutes away, bringing hundreds of new jobs to the community.

Built in 2004-2006, the homes in Braemar range in size from about 1,500 square feet to just over 3,000 square feet.
