The Bloomingdale Ridge community in Riverview, Florida, includes two subdivisions (Fox Run and The Greens), with a total of about 300 homes.  Many of the homes in this community have lovely lake or conservation views. There’s Fred’s Market Restaurant (with a variety of farm-fresh dishes) and Cappy’s Pizza (voted Best of the Bay), as well as more traditional choices like Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and local favorites like Bozeko’s Mediterranean Grill and Sushi Kampai.

If you like to golf, keep in mind that Bloomingdale Ridge is just a short drive to Bloomingdale Golfers Club- which has been voted Tampa Bay’s #1 golf course for 10 years in a row. The championship course is situated within an unspoiled setting of century-old oaks, gorgeous wetlands, and towering pines.

Shoppers will love being so close to convenient shopping venues like Westfield Brandon Mall and Lake Brandon Village. There are also lots of grocery stores, pharmacies, and department stores that are even closer to the neighborhood.
