It’s also just a short walk from Ballast Point Park, a waterfront venue offering a 600-foot fishing pier, picnic areas, playground, and a café. There’s also the city-owned gym known as the Joe Abrahams Fitness Center onsite, which offers fitness rooms with equipment and a gymnasium at a very reasonable cost.

The boulevard is lined with many of Tampa’s stateliest and most historic homes, as well as several townhouses and high-rise condominium complexes. Many of them offer stunning views of the open water and downtown Tampa. Recent home prices range from less than $200,000 for condominiums to well into the millions for estate-sized homes.
