Ballast Point is a neighborhood located in the heart of South Tampa, just north of MacDill Air Force Base. It’s on the west side of Hillsborough Bay (which connects to the Gulf of Mexico). Less than 15 minutes from downtown Tampa, it’s one of the area’s most historic neighborhoods.

Excellent schools, shopping, and entertainment opportunities make this one of the most desirable areas to live in all of Tampa Bay. The club is home to one of the region’s finest equestrian hunter/ jumper facilities. It’s also a prominent place to get married or throw a magnificent party on a grand scale.
