Ashley Pines Community

Ashley Pines is a family-friendly neighborhood in Wesley Chapel, made up of just over 200 single-family homes. It is conveniently located off S.R. 54, and just east of I-75. It’s a pretty community with lovely, mature landscaping and a playground for the kids. Many of the homes have water or conservation views.

Top-rated schools are nearby (but because school districts can change, always verify your enrollment eligibility first). Medical care is close, too- there’s an urgent care center just a few minutes away, and two hospitals are within a 10-minute drive.

Love to shop? The Shops at Wiregrass are about 10 minutes away and feature a wide variety of stores like Dillard’s, Williams-Sonoma, and JC Penney. A few of the restaurants nearby include Panera Bread, Pincher’s Crab Shack, and Yamato Japanese Steak House.

If there’s a golfer in the family, he or she will appreciate that there are 21 golf courses within a 10-mile drive, including the renowned Saddlebrook Golf & Country Club, which is less than five minutes away.

There’s plenty of entertainment near the neighborhood, too. The Center for the Arts at Wesley Chapel is only a few minutes away and offers professional-quality stage productions as well as local school and community productions. CinéBistro at Grove 16 is only about 5 miles away and serves bistro dining plus popcorn and alcoholic beverages during first-run movie screenings.

Homes in Ashley Pines range in size from around 1,500 square feet to over 3,500 square feet. One- and two-story homes are available. It’s the kind of neighborhood where you can get a lot of square footage for your money, but good deals here go fast- so don’t hesitate to call us if you see one you like.
