Arista Community

Arista is a small, gated community of just over 70 single-family homes in Valrico, Florida. It’s only about 20 minutes from downtown Tampa and even less to many of the surrounding Tampa Bay communities. It’s an easy drive to the Gulf beaches, and even Orlando is just over an hour away- so you’ll be able to easily enjoy many of the area’s attractions without a long drive.

The neighborhood has no CCD fees, and it offers reclaimed water for irrigation plus natural gas to help you save money.

Schools, shopping, houses of worship, medical care, and restaurants are all just minutes away. Nearby schools include Valrico Elementary, Mann Middle School, and Brandon High School. Numerous restaurants are close by, including casual places like Willie’s Seafood Restaurant and Ruby Tuesday.

If you want to get outdoors for some fun and exercise, Sydney Dover Trails is a county park that’s just about five minutes away and offers trails for hiking and horseback riding, as well as a boat ramp and tables for picnicking.

Like to golf? The Diamond Hill Golf Club is just five minutes away, and has a challenging 18-hole course with gorgeous lake views, rolling fairways, and exacting greens. There’s also a pro shop fully stocked with equipment and apparel, as well as a driving range, putting green, and professional lessons available. Don't forget to stop by the snack bar, where you can grab a sandwich and a cold drink or two. There are also six other golf courses within 10 miles.

Built in the mid-2000’s, these Taylor-Morrison built homes typically feature two to five bedrooms, three to four baths, and two to three car garages. Recent home prices in the neighborhood have ranged from the mid $200,000’s to well over $300,000.
