Arista is a small, gated community of just over 70 single-family homes in Valrico, Florida. Built in the mid-2000’s, these Taylor-Morrison built homes typically feature two to five bedrooms, three to four baths, and two to three car garages. Recent home prices in the neighborhood have ranged from the mid $200,000’s to well over $300,000.
