You'll find fabulous shopping just minutes away; there's all the usual Target and Walmart stores as well as the Westfield Brandon mall with all its fine stores and delightful dining options.

Several parks are near the neighborhood and provide lots of opportunities to get outside and have some fun. Providence Park has basketball courts, picnic shelters, and a playground. There's also a meeting facility that's available for rentals. Homes in the area are typically 3-4 bedrooms, with 2-3 baths and 2-3 car garages. Recent prices range from the mid to upper $200,000's. The neighborhood’s HOA fees are very reasonable, and there’s no CDD, so you’ll save money on your tax bill, too.
