Heritage Harbor is a golf course community located in Lutz, FL.  Lutz is a suburb of the Tampa Bay area, with easy access to I-75 and the Veteran’s Expressway, and an easy commute to downtown Tampa.

The Lutz area is fast growing and offers an abundance of shopping and dining options nearby.  You are only a short drive away from the newly opened Tampa Premium Outlets and the open air Wiregrass Mall, which houses several retail shops and restaurants.  Craving Pizza?  The award winning Pizza Suprema is right nearby, as well as the acclaimed upscale Nabruzzi Trattoria.

The area has several A+ rated schools including McKitrick Elementary, Martinez Middle and Steinbrenner High.

Heritage Harbor was built in the late 1990’s and offers home in a variety of sizes and price ranges.  It has 669 homes.  It is split into 7 different “villages”.  Homes start in the mid $200,000’s to over $600,000 for your larger golf course properties.
