Cross Creek is a community of over 1,000 homes located in the heart of New Tampa- just off Bruce B. Downs Blvd., near I-75 and I-275. Because of its close proximity to major highways, it’s a convenient location to reach just about anywhere in the Tampa Bay area.

The neighborhood offers a community park, tennis courts, and a basketball court. It has reasonable HOA fees and no CDD fees.

Nearby schools include Hunter’s Green Elementary, Benito Middle, and Wharton High. Numerous preschools and private schools are also close.

Golfers will delight in living just a chip shot from the Pebble Creek Golf Club, which is considered by many to be one of the best courses in Tampa Bay. Best of all, it’s a public course, so you won’t have to spend big bucks to live near it or play it often. There are 16 other courses within about a 10-minute drive.

There are a wide variety of restaurants in the area, including many fast food joints as well as higher-end dining choices such as Kobe Japanese Steakhouse and Stonewood Grill & Tavern.

There are lots of activities for children and adults nearby, too. Eber Park is home to numerous little league baseball games and offers three ball fields, batting cages, and concessions. Flatwoods Wilderness Park and Lower Hillsborough Wilderness Preserve  offer hiking, biking, rollerblading, horseback riding, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, picnicking, and a place to simply relax in nature. It’s all just a few minutes from your front door.

The New Tampa Regional Library is right around the corner and often offers computer courses, community activities, and even fitness classes.

Like to shop? The Shops at Wiregrass Mall is only about 10 minutes away, and the new Tampa Premium Outlets mall is only about 15 minutes. Groceries, pharmacies, and department stores are all less than five minutes away.
