A 24-hour fitness center offers weight equipment, treadmills, and elliptical machines for all your workout needs. Various fitness classes are scheduled throughout the week.

Two lighted tennis courts are available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day. There’s even a lighted roller hockey rink with bleachers.

The Beach Club facility offers a common area for residents to meet, mingle, and relax. It provides free wi-fi and a lending library, too.

The neighborhood is secured by gates and 24-hour uniformed guards and roving patrols.
