The area offers excellent schools as well – Wesley Chapel Elementary, Thomas E. Weightman Middle and Wesley Chapel High.

Chapel Pines was built in the early 2000’s and offers home in a variety of sizes, from 1,000sf to over 3,000sf.  Prices start from the low to mid $100,000’s.  They offer very low quarterly HOA fees which includes upkeep of the common areas and basic cable and no CDD.
