Calusa Trace is a community of 520 condominiums and single-family homes in the sleepy, northwest Hillsborough community of Lutz. Its location provides the best of both worlds- it’s convenient to downtown Tampa as well as St. Petersburg and Clearwater, yet it’s just far enough away to avoid the hectic pace of the city.

The neighborhood is situated among picturesque woods and sparkling lakes. A community pool and tennis courts provide fun places to relax or work out with friends. There’s also a community park with basketball courts and a playground.

St. Joseph’s Hospital North is less than five minutes away; multiple doctors’ offices and pharmacies are close by as well.

The neighborhood is located in a top-rated school district,  and even has its own elementary school right in the neighborhood. Because school districts sometimes change, be sure to verify enrollment eligibility for any school that interests you. There are many choices of after school activities in the area, including karate and swim classes.

If you like to golf, this neighborhood is perfectly located for you. 25 golf courses are within a 10-mile drive, including Cheval Golf and Country Club and the prestigious Tournament Players Club Tampa Bay, which are both right around the corner.

There are no CDD fees for the neighborhood.
