Bridgewater is located between Curley Road and Boyette Road in Wesley Chapel. With easy access to I-75, it’s convenient to the Tampa area, yet far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle of city life.

Schools in the area include Watergrass Elementary, Thomas E. Weightman Middle, and Wesley Chapel High School. There are also numerous preschools and daycare facilities nearby, as well as several private schools.

The Wesley Chapel District Park is within walking distance and offers more than 140 acres of fun for visitors. There are several athletic fields for adult and youth baseball, as well as lighted soccer fields, football fields, basketball courts, and tennis courts. There’s also a playground, covered picnic facilities, grills, and walking trails. You can even bring your fishing pole and fish from the lake.

Shoppers will be happy to know that The Shops at Wiregrass Mall is only about 15 minutes away and the new Tampa Premium Outlets is about the same distance. Groceries, pharmacies, and other stores are also close by as well as doctors, dentists, and several medical clinics.

There is a wide variety of restaurants nearby, including popular favorites like Chili’s and Applebee’s. There’s also Dempsey’s Steakhouse at the Saddlebrook Golf & Country Club as well as dozens of other delightful options.

Speaking of golf, there are at least twenty golf courses within a quick drive… including Saddlebrook, as well as Quail Hollow Golf Club- a beautiful public course that also offers live entertainment, a restaurant, and a swimming pool. Each club is less than 10 minutes away.

Recent home prices in Bridgewater ranged from around $150,000 to over $270,000. Houses vary in size from about 1,500 with three bedrooms and two baths to over 3,000 square feet with six bedrooms and three baths.
