Melissa came to RE/MAX Premier Group having most recently worked as a Staffing Manager for ZipRealty in Tampa. Prior to that Melissa worked in the field of Human Resource Management for various Fortune 500 companies for over 12 years. Melissa has been with Team Davis for over six years working as their Real Estate Assistant and has just recently earned her Sales Associate license in September 2015.
As a part of Team Davis Melissa is responsible for various administrative duties including but not limited to creating property virtual tours, property listing input and maintenance, calendar management, conducting property searches, client mailings and social media.
Melissa was a Communications major at Kennesaw State College in Kennesaw, GA. After college Melissa started with Bank of America (then Nations Bank) where she began her career in Human Resources/Recruiting. She earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Designation in 2001.
Melissa was born in Harrison, NY and grew up there, having moved to Atlanta, GA when she was 18. She lived in Atlanta for four years and Charlotte, NC as well. Melissa has been a Tampa resident since 1998. Married to Vincent since 2004, they have one daughter, Callie who is eight years old. Callie is in third grade and enjoys ballet, tennis and going to Disney World! In her free time Melissa is part of the PTA at Callie’s school and enjoys cooking, playing tennis and as annual pass holders, frequently visiting Disney World with her family. Their family also extends to a very sweet and energetic three year old Morkie pup named Emmet.
