Which is up 9.2% from July 2018. Having 43 days as average time on market, which is actually up 2 days from July 2018.
The total number of homes for sale decreased by 1.4% from July 2018, in accordance with the July 2019 RE/MAX National Housing Report that analyzes housing data in 54* metro areas.
