We met the Jenne’s on the night before Thanksgiving 2014. Their daughter and husband had been trying to reach agents on several homes with no luck. They called us at 6:30pm and we guess we shocked them that we answered the phone. We found out what they were looking for and emailed them some homes to look at.
We met Friday to look at one home. Which I am sure they are glad that they did not purchase. The photos of the home definitely made the house look 100 times better than it was in person. So we discussed having to widen their search area slightly and they agreed. Since we had sent them all the homes that were in the area they wanted and the only one they liked in photos was this one. And it was totally unacceptable and overpriced too.
Two days later we met and looked at 5 homes, which a few were in Valrico Florida and one that they would purchase. The home that they chose was recently purchased at auction by an investor, who went in and did a really nice job on the rehab. So they decided to submit an offer. When we looked at the sales; this home was very aggressively priced to sell, so we went in just under list price and the seller accepted the offer.
With the new mortgage process we had to request 60 days to complete the mortgage process today was the 6oth day and today was the day that they purchased their new home in Valrico Florida.
