They say size matters, I argue that LOCATION matters more! But hey, while you finish up on the inside, they saved you a step and painted the exterior with the very popular Dorian Grey and Timberwolf. Bring a hammer and nails because the mailbox is a little wonky and so is the landscaping but the mature oaks are gorgeous and the backyard crepe myrtle bursts with blooms every summer. The bottom line is this house is in a high demand area in Florida and is priced accordingly . With some cash and a few weeks, you can have this home move-in ready.
